Donna Fletcher Crow

Donna Fletcher Crow is a former English teacher and a lifelong history buff and Anglophile.  She is the author of 50 books, mostly novels of British history.  The award-winning Glastonbury, A Novel of Christian England, is her best-known work.  Where There is Love is a series of historical romances set in the Church of England of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Her Elizabeth and Richard literary suspense series are contemporary mysteries built around great literary figures of the past. Crow also authors The Monastery Murders, a clerical mystery series which tells more stories of English Christianity. Her Lord Danvers series are Victorian true-crime novels.

An Idaho native, Donna wrote The Daughters of Courage Series based on her own family stories and those of other Idaho pioneers, as a tribute to the strong women to whose heritage we owe so many of our blessings. She and her husband live in Boise, Idaho.  They are the parents of four adult children and have fourteen grandchildren. Donna enjoys working in her English cottage garden, and like Kathryn, roses are her favorite.

Sophie Dawnson

Sophie Dawson has made up stories in her head all her life. It wasn’t until 2011 that she began writing typing them out.   Her first books were all historical fiction romance. They’ve won multiple awards and garnered rave reviews. Now, Sophie is branching out into contemporary romance though she plans to continue writing historical andhopes to add more books in her popular Cottonwood and Stones Creek series.  Sophie lives with her husband and very old cat on a farm in western Illinois. She’s an avid seamstress and was a professional quilter for a number of years before the writing bug bit. She’s just thankful it’s not fatal.

Johan Twiss

My name is Johan Twiss. (Pronounced Yo-Han. Just pretend you see Han Solo in a tavern and call out, "Yo, Han, what's up?" There, you've got it down.) I happen to be married to Wonder Woman (which is awesome!) and I'm an adoring father with a handful of cute, cuddly, caring, cunning, creative and crazy kids.  In addition to writing, my wife and I own the online toy, craft, and handbag store called Playfully Ever After.  On a more serious note, I'm a modern day abolitionist who supports the work of anti-human trafficking NGO's worldwide.  I invite you to learn more about the reality of human trafficking in our world and how you can combat this modern slavery by visiting my blog abolitionistjb.blogspot.com.

Joyce DiPastena

Joyce DiPastena dreamed of green medieval forests while growing up in the dusty copper mining town of Kearny, Arizona. She filled her medieval hunger by reading the books of Thomas B. Costain (where she fell in love with King Henry II of England), and later by attending the University of Arizona where she graduated with a degree in history, specializing in the Middle Ages. The university was also where she completed her first full-length novel…set, of course, in medieval England. Later, her fascination with Henry II led her to expand her research horizons to the far reaches of his “Angevin Empire” in France, which became the setting of her first published novel, Loyalty’s Web (a 2007 Whitney Award Finalist).

When she’s not writing, Joyce loves to read, play the piano, and spend time with her sister and friends. A highlight of her year is attending the annual Arizona Renaissance Festival.

Joyce is a multi-published, multi-award winning author who specializes in sweet medieval romances heavily spiced with mystery and adventure.  She lives with her two cats, Clio and Glinka Rimsky-Korsokov, in Mesa, Arizona.
